Talborne Certified Organic Fertilizers
Do not adversely affect pH of soil , naturally slow release (sustained release) with roughly 18%-20% (tested by CA Labs and measured after dissolving in citric acid solution) of nutrients being immediately available to the plant, the balance being released by microbial activity in the soil over an extended period.
Applied every 4-6 months in good soil, which amounts to labour reduction, cost savings, and less management effort.
Granular in structure which allows fertilizer to be trapped between soil particles where nutrients are released over an extended period, making it a beneficial fertilizer (even in sandy soil) as nutrients are not lost through leaching.

What is it?
Reel Gardening has partnered with Aqua Matrix in the production of the Reel Gardening Seed Strips. Aqua Matrix is a fusion of potassium-based super absorbant polymers (similar in action to material, which is sodium based, in a disposable nappy) are becoming increasingly popular in agriculture. The range of Aqua Matrix products are designed to store water and nutrients for slow release on demand. This innovation allows for large quantities of water and nutrients to be readily available for uptake by the root system of a developing plant.
How does Aqua Matrix work?
Aqua Matrix is an environmentally friendly spongeous water and fertilizer reservoir in the soil, providing water and nutrients directly to the plant roots through normal capillary action, active absoprtion and osmosis.
Aqua Matrix is a non-toxic, earth friendly product that works through its cycle and then breaks down into CO2, water, potassium and nitrogen.
